(OCS), a Seattle-based company providing data products and benchmark services for home health, hospice and private duty agencies. The listing of the top tier U.S. home health care agencies honors those that rank in the top 25 percent in their region based upon quality of care, quality improvement and financial performance.
  • Admissions in 2012 increased by 11 percent compared to 2011
  • Completed transition of centralized billing from agencies to the corporate office
  • Identified best practice for intake, quality, operations, billing and coding
  • Hired Marketing Liaisons in most markets to promote the services and expertise of the home care service line to the medical community, referral sources and community service groups
  • Added 600 new laptops to home health team to allow integrated access to electronic medical records in the field and improve patient quality care
  • Upgraded system platform to new Cerner Extended Care Software
