- Provided 329 low-cost health screenings through Community Wellness Health Alert Screenings
- Hosted two Survivorship Celebrations for Cancer Survivors on the Ridge; more than 100 survivors and caregivers attended each celebration which offered an opportunity for sharing with and supporting fellow survivors
- Delivered 23,245 meals to homebound residents through the Meals on Wheels program
- Hosted the Health and Safety Expo featuring 40 vendors and drawing more than 900 community members
- Conducted the Gift of Giving Campaign, which donated 264 gift baskets to feed needy families during Thanksgiving
- Participated in the 12th annual Angel Tree Gift Giving Campaign, providing Christmas gifts to more than 130 area children
- Hospital volunteers contributed more than 67,032 hours of service
- Maintained 304 Lifeline monitoring systems for elderly/disabled in community
- Provided $29,077,936 in free and low-cost services to the community
- Opened a new Emergency Department with 17,000 square feet that offers 18 private patient treatment rooms for rapid medical evaluation
- Opened four hospital-based outpatient clinics: Feather River Total Women’s Health, Feather River Skyway Primary Care & Wellness, Feather River Specialty Services and Feather River ENT
- The Medical Imaging Department at Feather River Hospital opened an additional radiology location to improve access
- Feather River Hospital Physical Therapy opened a full service physical therapy clinic in Chico, providing improved access for Chico residents and commuters alike
- Birth Day Place rated in the Top 15 for California’s Highest Scoring Hospitals by Exclusive Breastfeeding Rate
- Awarded an “A” for patient safety by Hospital Safety Score
- Won a Silver Aster Award, along with Engelbrecht Advertising, in the 2012 Aster Awards Competition
- Received marketing and communication awards in the categories of Brochure Advertising, Internal Newsletter and Magazine Publication from The Aster Awards
