quarterly Healthy Living publications, and ongoing classes and

second consecutive year by The Joint Commission

Corporation for high performance on quality metrics and excellent

surgical site infection as a participant in the second phase of The Joint
Commission’s Surgical Site Infection Change Project

for surpassing rigorous quality standards for wound care for two

- Launched Project IntelliCare 2.0, a major systems upgrade including
the conversion to an electronic health records system
- Recruited two gastroenterologists and opened Foothill Specialty
Clinic to meet the specialty health care needs of the community
- Welcomed pulmonologist/intensivist to provide specialty care for
critically ill patients and treatment for respiratory conditions
- Launched the Center for Sports Medicine, providing a
multidisciplinary approach to treating sports injuries and concussions
- Acquired Foothill Pediatric Clinic and recruited two new pediatricians,
expanding access to care for children in the community
