- Conducted Community Health Needs Assessment by hosting more
than 30 organizations at community meeting
- Sponsored community blood drives; administered free flu shots and
screenings at community events
- Hosted American Cancer Society Cancer Prevention Study-3

- Donated computers to local school district
- Sponsored Community Health and Fitness Expo with Free Clinic of
Simi Valley
- Participated in community street fairs, American Cancer Society Relay

double-gold score from National Safety Foundation; achieved 100
percent score on annual Mammography Quality Standards Act
(MQSA) survey; awarded American Red Cross Silver Award and
achieved Level 1 for all Healthier Hospital Initiative challenges
